Title:             Injury Prevention Specialist

Location:      Clintonville, WI

Status:          Full-time - Temporary

Hours:          Monday - Friday day shift

 

Early Intervention Specialist (EIS II) can assist the client with industrial/office ergonomics and jobsite analysis.    Develop multi-site reports, serve as lead for multistaff locations and support the AWS injury triage line.  Support EIS 1 through mentorship program.

Responsibilities Participate with employer on job site evaluationsSupport the injury triage app through active performance of serviceCollect multi-site data reviews and consolidate into enterprise reports.Participate as a EIS mentor, alerting Industry Manager for critical performance issuesServe as leader of group when client site utilizes multiple EIS’s. Ensure communication of leadership messages, alert IM of site-specific concerns

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required

Bachelors Degree in Allied Health Professional degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Min Experience

Required:

2 years’ experience in the industrial settingOr 5 years experience in a professional setting

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Be SME on data interface and client reporting.Participate as a coach to EIS Level 1 employeesThe ability to interact with employees, line supervisors, engineers, and leaders to follow-up on injury trends and initiatives.

Certified/Licensed AT or PTACPR
