Job Description

Base pay rate $54,000 - 58,000 a year

PLUS generous commission plan with the opportunity to earn $76,000 - 100,000 +

POSITION SUMMARY:

The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers to understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process.  Will close small business and mid-market sales opportunities and meet daily driven activity targets and gallon volume goals. A successful rep will be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop, qualify, and close leads through high-volume cold calling.Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to prospects, and follow up on leads.Generate leads list from 3rd party applicationsUnderstand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional informationResearch and qualify new leads.Upsell products and services.Keep up with product and service information/updates and stay informed about competing products and services.Create and maintain activity data via Salesforce of current and potential customers.Achieve gallon volume targets

REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional customer service skills including:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening skillsProfessional phone etiquetteMinimum 2 years previous experience in an outbound call center or other cold calling experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.comStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskGoal orientedAbility to work in a high-pace daily metric driven environment
