Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative you are focusing mainly on existing clients but for new also. Your primary duties include understanding the clients’ needs, preparation of recertification offer and constant customer care.
You will learn and understand the whole product portfolio and help existing and new clients, achieve their goals and overcome their challenges by helping them through the use of BSI’s portfolio. You will become part of the System Certification Sales Team consisting of BDMs and Inside Sales. To support the training team members in achieving their sales objectives. Managing the sales cycle, prospecting, sending out contracts, negotiating, bringing in new business.

Main responsibilities

Ongoing service to existing clientsProactively network with existing customer to sell additional BSI products.Grow business database through prospective sales calls and e-mails to non-BSI customers.Execute BSI sales process to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to sell relevant product/services.Identify the correct resource to meet the customer requirements.Plan on a short term to achieve immediate performance goals.Maintain sales activity data in the CRM ensuring that all enquires are progressed to conclusion
 

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

Higher education degreeExperience in salesKnowledge of certificationFluency in Polish (Native level or C2 proficiency) is required.Good communication and interpersonal skills (English – min. B2 level)Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and expectationsExcellent sales, negotiation and presentation skillsCustomer focusExperience of using a CRM system in a previous sales roleIntermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
