Team Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) is part of our dedicated Siplast team. Siplast offers a uniquely segmented and dedicated portfolio of building enclosure solutions for the commercial construction market.  This position is based in Parsippany, NJ and will work on a hybrid 3:2 in office schedule. Travel will be required approximately 25-30% to various events and off site meetings. For more information, visit www.siplast.com.

Summary

Reporting to our Sr Director Media & Email Marketing, the Siplast Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating all marketing and communication strategies to drive loyalty of Siplast products for all business segments in order to achieve business objectives. In addition to helping define strategy, this position will have direct involvement for managing the tactical execution of all programs. The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead the customer engagement, demand generation, acquisition and retention across the vertical and will be instrumental in achieving Siplast brand and product awareness, engagement, and acquisition targets across various campaigns.

Essential Duties

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Execute comprehensive end to end marketing campaigns across each of Siplast’s business segmentsDevelop strategy and tactical plans to achieve desired level of customer engagement for identified target audiences and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure open communication and collaboration. Ensure Siplast business expectations are clearly defined and managed holistically for the entire business, as well as for each business segment.Define and lead the development of identified marketing deliverables and touchpoints for the assigned product area(s).Define and lead the demand generation and demand capture components of campaigns, while collaborating across internal and external departments.Build and own a defined marketing activation calendar and communicate across required functions within the businessPartnering with business analysts, determine ROI analysis and KPI metrics and report learnings both pre and post campaignStay current with emerging technologies (i.e. targeted media, customer journey, pipeline marketing, digital communication tools, etc.) and make recommendations on the best principles and new ideas to adapt into marketing plans to maximize engagement, drive Siplast conversions, and increase brand loyaltyAssist with budget management across all touchpoints within campaign development

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field5 years of progressive experience in Marketing, specifically in a COE model
