· Oversee and conduct complex and thorough investigations across multiple business segments in Lazada Indonesia by receiving and assigning allegations from a variety of channels, using internal and/or external resources as appropriate
· Develop investigative theory and utilize specialized techniques to gather and evaluate evidence to perform analysis and draw findings
· Conduct and instruct interviews of direct and indirect witnesses to present findings to business units and law enforcement agencies
· Identify vulnerabilities and recommend business process refinement
· Prepare reports and evidence to meet legal and regulatory requirements for presentations
