Intercompany Accounting Manager
What You'll Do As our Manager of Intercompany Accounting you will help manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring the accurate reflection of intercompany balances across multiple entities. We are looking for someone who has a knowledge of transfer pricing, capital funding, loan arrangements, and IP transfers. You wll report to the Director, Technical Accounting and Reporting. This position can be remote in the United States. What Your Responsibilities Will Be You will manage intercompany transactions between multiple entities, including intercompany invoicing and settlements, ensuring activities are recorded and in compliance with intercompany agreements, internal policies and global regulations You will collaborate with Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams to develop policies and intercompany agreements for a variety of transactions including capital funding, loan arrangements, IP transfers, cost plus and transfer pricing arrangements You will prepare and maintain reconciliations of intercompany accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all entities You will develop and implement processes for oversight of intercompany accounts, including analysis and collaboration with international teams on resolution of discrepancies and reconciling differences Collaborate with internal, external auditors, or regulators on audits of intercompany accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory reporting requirements and maintaining adequate internal controls Enhance existing desktop procedures and develop and document new business processes Automate accounting processes for intercompany activities and identify reporting systems (as applicable) for accuracy and efficiency of intercompany accounting and settlement practices Mentor intercompany accounting teams across the globe, including your team based in India What You'll Need to be Successful B.A. in Accounting or Finance 6+ years related job experience Proficiency in Excel, NetSuite or other ERP, and other accounting software Technical accounting and operational skills associated with subject matter; including prior experience in a multinational environment or handling complex intercompany transactions #LI-Remote Pay Range Details The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Colorado $97,400-155,800 (annually) Washington $97,400-$172,000 (annually) California$97,400-$188,000 (annually) NYC $$117,800-$188,000 (annually) The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. Thesuccessful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographiclocation, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending onthe terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
