Project Title:
SOCAMM2 NPI Enablement

Description:
Assist NPI Engineer to execute NPI demand lines with the assistance of CEM and PE Team

Scope:

•       Responsible to send out daily shift report for NPI build yield, downtime and other highlights.

•       Assist NPI Engineer to execute NPI demand lines as per SWR/Plan.

•       Responsible to perform and lead the team for conversion and optimal tool setup on existing recipe – Print, SPI, PNP, AOI and Label/Depanel/Sorter (Exclusive of FOAK NPI build)

•       Responsible for data collection for critical/milestone - MVR, MST, RDT & QS for Cycle-time, Mechanical FAI

•       Archiving – SPC, Machine Error Log, Warp Measurement, Strain Measurement

•       To have shifty updates on NPI build progress and perform pass-over to following shift.

Supporting Team:

NPI program managers, NPI manufacturing, CEM, PEE

Deliverables:

·       Fully understand the requirement of quality standard as specified in Micron AWS spec/ Electronics Assembly IPC Class 2, Product Handling

·       Able to provide prelim investigation for quality/first pass yield related issues.

·       Able to interpret and execute SWR instructions on Material control, PnP program and other process/machine recipe related items.
