Our corporate headquarters is seeking an inventory control clerk to manage the inventory control system under the supervision of the Billing Supervisor, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Responsibilities Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletionsMaintain and update inventory recordsEnsure billing is processed for assigned branchesDevelop and implement efficient inventory management proceduresReconcile inventory discrepanciesAssign cycle countsPerform physical inventory at least twice a yearProcess  tax creditsReport any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary Qualifications

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/GED requiredSome experience in inventory control

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Excellent written and verbal communications skillsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsAble to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
