The Inventory Lead drives inventory related initiatives and reports to the Inventory Control Manager. Success will be measured by; accuracy of inventory, minimal to no error rate as well as a high fill rate percentage. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Report to the Inventory Control ManagerAudit; receiving, put away, staging. Auditor will be required to coach to ensure accuracyCycle count locations and correct variancesLead hourly team members in inventory functions and track performance metricsInput daily adjustments into S2KTrain new hires in new functions according to best practiceFollow training meter to guarantee 100% on boarding competencies Maintain reserve location accuracy in S2KObserve and correct process behaviors through operations leadership QualificationsYou have:
High School diploma/GED or equivalentFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to lift at least 50 pounds without assistanceExperience with the operation of warehouse equipment1-year experience with Cherry Picker/Order Picker with heights up to 20 feetMust have S2K (or similar WMS) experienceMust be detailed orientedMust follow all safety guidelinesMust be able to work scheduled shift as well as additional hours that may be required
