The Application Manager is responsible for defining, crafting, and owning the execution of key strategies and solutions which involve:
Roles & Responsibilities:Operational governance of SAP solutions to ensure they deliver maximum value
Meet controls, policies, and any compliance requirements
Participate as IT Lead on global projects
Drive proof of concept to confirm viability of a case
Collaboration with business partners and strategic vendors across the globe to design, build and qualify new capabilities
Ensure the functional solution requirements are properly translated to technical requirements as part of the projects
Provide consultancy and collaborate with 3rd level support teams for issue resolution in production
Integrate technical and functional capabilities in the SAP ecosystem to contribute to a balanced and optimized architecture
Deliver the daily work: incident resolution, continuous improvements, project support, compliance activities, etc.
Work towards operational excellence
Job Qualifications
Proficient functional abilities on SAP R3, HANA, Fiori
Ideally familiar with CDS Views, DSM/BRF+, ABAP, AIF,
Project Management skills are desirable
SCRUM, Agile, DevOps knowledge and experience are desirable
Experience in General Ledger and / or General Accounting is desired
Soft Skills:
Superb communication skills
Proactive
Problem solving attitude
Great teammate
Capable of influence the audience
Able to work with tight schedules and under pressure
Proficient in English
Good leadership skills to lead projects and developers
