This dynamic, fast-paced environment is embracing agile to enable our strategic goals. The IT Asset Management team is seeking an analyst to be a part of the Request Management team. This team is instrumental in the purchase request and fulfillment of desktop, compute, infrastructure products, and software at Lockheed Martin.
The Request Management Delivery Team responsibility includes (but is not limited to) request management functions related to Lockheed Martin Data Centers, Desktop, Servers, Network Infrastructure, & Software. These solutions are built to meet global needs and include on-premise, Edge locations, and in public cloud. The role will work with Desktop, Server, Network, and IT Procurement teams to successfully plan, support, coordinate, and track assets throughout the asset’s lifecycle from procurement to deployment to disposition.
Daily activities include but are not limited to processing requests for purchase or licensing of hardware/software, data analysis/reporting, customer service, and maintenance of asset information in asset management databases. Responsible for maintaining accurate hardware/software tracking, report shortages, overages, and all inventory levels.
Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Information Technology support and functions
• Attention to detail is critical
• Strong and effective team player with demonstrated ability to communicate in a virtual team environment
• Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse team to develop and maintain technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems consistent with organizational objectives and compliant with processes and procedures
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with software compliance and general terms and conditions
• Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, influencing/negotiating skills
• Commitment to excellence and meeting deadlines
Desired Skills:
• Ability to create, author, and follow processes
• Demonstrates effective use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio
• Demonstrates effective use of Microsoft Excel to develop reports and charts for data analysis
• Experience with metrics collection and analysis
• Experience with process automation
• Experience with RMS procurement of software, hardware, purchased services and CERs
• Understanding of Hardware and Software Asset Management principles and life cycles. (HAM/SAM)
• Experience with Procure-to-pay system(P2P) system and knowledge of IT support tools such as Ferbes, Service Now, SCCM and Snow as well as ITIL processes

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
