Overall Purpose\n

The Group IT Infrastructure Specialist manages and supports the deployment and maintenance of the Group 's IT tools and infrastructure. They also contribute to the Group's various IT projects.\n

Responsibilities\n

Client relationship & Business development\n

\u00b7 Ensure end user communication and punctuality\n

\u00b7 Interface with regional IT teams and external suppliers\n

\u00b7 Point of contact for IT regional Managers in the Americas, Asia, Continental Europe, and WEMEA\n

\u00b7 Interface between application owner and suppliers support for technical investigation\n

\u00b7 Ensure level 3 support of group Infrastructure\n

\u00b7 Provide regular reporting on the progress of assigned projects\n
\n

Operations\n

\u00b7 Report information regarding major events as soon as they occur in the event of deviations in management of day to day operations\n
\n

Organization & Management\n

\u00b7 Organize communication of functional and technical enhancement\n

\u00b7 Manage technical documentation (Technical guidance document, user and admin guide, procedures, rules, etc.)\n

\u00b7 Ensure compliance with group standards and rules\n

\u00b7 Follow issue investigation, redact and communicate the remediation plan\n

\u00b7 Open and follow support cases if applicable\n
\n

Technical\n

\u00b7 Ensure technical expertise for TRIGO regional solutions\n

\u00b7 Contribute to Infrastructure improvement and project implementation\n

\u00b7 Manage communication tools: Office 365, Skype, SharePoint, etc.\n

\u00b7 Manage group infrastructure tools: Azure, InTune, Active Directory, etc.\n

\u00b7 Manage monitoring and security: ATP, Data Protection, AntiVirus, etc.\n

\u00b7 Monitor technological developments in the field\n

\u00b7 Apply the procedures defined in the QMS (Quality Management System) and apply ITIL best practices\n
