As a **Workday IT Platform Manager** you will join a diverse team of builders and breakers that innovate and fuel game-changing outcomes with our platform. With our emerging technologies and big data, you can turn your passion into rewarding career while transforming health care. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Manage a team of application developers and system administrators, responsible for enhancing or supporting a wide variety of products. This includes but not limited to: Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, Formstack, Quantum Workplace, ePrescribe & Change Healthcare. + Monitor performance of enterprise applications. + Collaborate with the Product/PMO team to create and maintain a framework for new technology requests + Create and maintain an application library/configuration management database + Leverage existing tools to further enhance our procurement process and application license tracking + Identify and correct tech debt to align with best practice architecture + Continuously analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop creative solutions for IT needs. + Ensure service operations meet and/or exceed stated Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements. + Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers and contractors to ensure quality and cost control requirements are achieved. + Leads, guides, grows and develops a team of IT professionals in technical proficiency and in service delivery effectiveness. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:** + BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Information, Business Administration or a related field **OR** additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required + A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in the IT industry required + A minimum of 2 years work experience in resource management required + IT certification preferred We’re ChenMed and we’re transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America’s healthcare for the better.
