The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with coordinating the restoration for all of Delta’s critical and potential IT system outages while providing outstanding customer service, accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for support escalation, preparing and sending TCC Notifications and assisting with DR (Disaster Recovery) & ER’s (Emergency Response) procedures. This analyst position is also responsible for documenting, publishing, and training Operations personnel in various processes, procedures, and tools. Must be willing to work any shift in a 24x7 operation. Job Qualifications: BS/BA, preferably in a technical or scientific field, with 5 or more years of IT experience or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training. This person must work with the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Previous airline industry experience is preferred. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. Hours of operations M-W 6am-6pm OR Th-Sat.6pm-6am.
