Work location: Texas Health Resources, 612 East Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011

Remote however must live in the DFW area or be willing to relocate to the DFW area.

Work hours: Full-time, Day shift; 40 hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Here’s What You Need

Education

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. (Required)

​​​​​​Experience

·       3 years’ experience with technical knowledge of Microsoft and Linux Operating Systems, or Active Directory, or virtualization hypervisors. (Required)

·       2 years’ experience with RadiantOne FID/ICS Virtual Directory, Microsoft PKI/Venafi, CyberArk and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ. (Preferred)

·       Java key Stores experience a plus

-          Written and verbal communications skills, Productivity S/W, complex problem-solving, leadership, organization/prioritization, complex problem-solving, leadership, organization/prioritization.

 

 

What You Will Do

This position is responsible for managing Identity Management and Directory Services infrastructure and programs. Duties may include infrastructure design and upkeep, monitoring, backup, reporting, other maintenance programs, and identity program development. Responsible for software upgrades, vulnerability management, and project support. Products supported include Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, ADFS, RadiantOne FID/ICS Virtual Directory, Microsoft PKI/Venafi, CyberArk and SailPoint IdentityIQ.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Maintain plan and implement product road-maps and routine updates/patches. Implement, maintain, and test backup and recovery strategies. Implement and review appropriate security guidelines/mechanisms. Installation and develop initial installation options processes Evaluate and test new features/functionality. Develop and implement documentation and disaster recovery plans. Support, monitor, and tune the subsystems. Respond to issues, troubleshoot and remediate. Review performance and perform maintenance as needed. Respond to monitoring plans. Monitor request queue and complete within SLA. 20% Process Improvement, Enhancements and Standards.
