Miller Brother Staffing in Lancaster, PA has the immediate need of an experienced Janitorial Supervisor for 1st shift.
Pay Rate – $19-$20/hour based on experience
Shift: 1st shift: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm

Job Description/Duties
This is a working role that requires completing daily Janitorial duties. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services. Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements. Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards. Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing. Trains workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, hallways, and working areas in operation. Remove plastic and cardboard when needed through inspection of areas. Properly maintain company equipment and supplies. Operate all power equipment associated with the job function safely. Preferred Skills: Attention to detail and ability to follow direction from management Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and processes when handling cleaning chemicals and supplies Ability to follow procedures in using equipment safely Integrity and ability to work independently
Eligible candidates must: Have a minimum of 18 years of age. Meet eligibility requirements for employment in the US. Pass a required pre-employment drug screen Janitorial experience Exceptional customer service skills Ability to supervise employees Have reliable transportation Be able to work long hours Stand, walk, bend, push and pull various tools, products, and items repeatedly as needed throughout the shift. Physical Demands – Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on feet for entirety of shift. This position will require working in an office and warehouse environment to manage multiple crews as well as executing work.
