VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated MLTC Field Jr. Account Manager. The Jr. Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, creating, building, and maintaining referring relationships with internal and external referral sources, to ensure continued growth of the organization. Some daily responsibilities will include:\n\nConnecting with internal and external community and provider referral sources to ask for referrals. \nCommunicate with internal and external referral sources to provide them with data to maximize referral to enrollment conversion rate.\nWork with Business Development Manager (Team Leader) to discuss time\/calendar management to maximum outreach efforts.\nAssure that referral sources maintain an appropriate yield.\nMarketing the organization through events, presentations and fairs.\n\n

We would like to speak to those who have 3 years of job-related experience with Managed Long Term Care plans. High School Diploma or higher required. This position covers the Greater New York City area. It is 90% field work and 10% office work. Personal vehicle and valid driver license required.\n
