Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: 

Drive growth and retention within a dedicated customer portfolio, identifying opportunities, and promoting tailored solutionsProactively and accurately communicate shipment updates, adopting a customer-centric approachAnalyze customer inquiries, delivering timely and insightful updates to enhance customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and implement proactive measuresRespond to customer needs promptly, demonstrating a sense of urgency for an excellent customer experienceUtilize C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, analyze load data, and consistently exceed customer expectationsNetwork internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams to foster collaborative and streamlined operationsMentor team members to foster continuous learning, development, and collaboration, contributing to overall team success and growth

You’re a great fit if you have:

High School Diploma or GED equivalentPrevious Customer Engagement ExperienceAbility to travel up to 5% (domestically)
