About the role

As the  Junior Finance Associate, you play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting various finance-related tasks. Your expertise contributes to the seamless operation of our business.

Responsibilities

Operational Payments: Prepare and process payments through various methods in accordance with payment terms and company policies.   Accounting Oversight: Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly. Assist on a range of accounting functions, including invoicing, cost accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system containing all relevant accounts, statements, transactions, and payments, facilitating easy retrieval and audit readiness. Transaction Tracking: Identify, document, and monitor daily transactions, ensuring that financial records are up-to-date and accurately reflect the company's financial activities. Invoice and Cost Management: Take charge of registering invoices and appropriately characterizing costs, providing a solid foundation for accurate financial reporting and decision-making.   Expense Review: Thoroughly review daily expenses, adhering to internal procedures to validate accuracy and compliance with company policies and maintain organized and up-to-date vendor records,
