As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play an important role in helping us achieve our mission by creating designs that effectively communicate our brand and products to our target audience. Role Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer at Ivy Energy, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual designs that effectively communicate our brand and products to our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts for digital and print media, ensuring all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain cohesive design quality. Responsibilities: + Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for our website, social media, marketing materials, sales, and other digital and print media. + Create designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our products and services to our target audience. + Collaborate with the marketing, client experience, sales, and product teams to develop and execute creative campaigns. + Follow the brand guide to maintain cohesive design quality across all materials. + Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques. + Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process. + Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. + Create a template library with Ivy icons, graphics, and slide designs, enabling each department to easily create deliverables without needing a designer to complete the entire project. + Open to constructive criticism, and responds well to feedback. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in graphic design. + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma. + Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. + Experience designing for digital and print media. + Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. + Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain cohesive design quality.
