Junior-Mid Level Recruiter
Overview Summary: Bluehawk LLC, is dedicated to enabling the United States intelligence community to achieve their strategic objectives through our innovative and effective services. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior to Mid-Level Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, and a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and Program Managers/Site Leads.Please note, this position requires in-office work at our Reston and/or Herndon, VA locations and is not currently eligible for telework. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: + Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization, focusing on efficiency and quality of hires. + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative channels. + Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. + Coordinate interviews with program managers/site leads and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process. + Maintain active communication with candidates from initial contact to offer stage, providing timely updates and feedback. + Work closely with lead talent manager to understand departmental needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies accordingly. + Assist in the development and optimization of the company's employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts. + Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment activities in the company's Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). + Participate in recruitment fairs and professional networking events to promote Bluehawk, LLC and identify potential candidates. + Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. Qualifications Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the defense and intelligence sector. + Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for candidates experienced in iCIMS. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously. + A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. + Possessing a current security clearance (not a requirement), highlighting the importance of confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information. + Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the recruitment process.
