We’re looking for a Junior Transaction Analyst to join our growing Global Capital Markets team in Jersey. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience across a range of capital markets structures. Key Responsibilities:
Client Administration: Collaborate with your team to assist in managing a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) General Support: Take on a variety of administration tasks as required Technical Knowledge: Develop a knowledge of technical matters relating to trusts and companies Board Support: Assist with preparing board packs, minutes, resolutions, and processing payments Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Client Communication: Communicate professionally with clients under the guidance of senior team members Document Handling: Handle confidential client documents with integrity Task Management: Take ownership of assigned tasks and approach work in a reliable and positive manner Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and working practices Relationship Building: Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers Professional Development: Take responsibility for your own development and make use of internal training and resources Time Recording: Record time accurately to ensure correct client billing Regulatory Compliance: Support the production and submission of statutory returnsYour profile:
