(ARA) is seeking a candidate to join our Engineering team in Niceville, FL and Eglin AFB, where you will support the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME), its Integrated Product Teams (IPT), JTCG/ME Capabilities & Standardization (C&S) IPT, and the C&S Working Groups through data validation and integration into products such as the Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) Weaponeering Software (JWS). JMEM products are used to authenticate weapons effectiveness data for use in operations, training, systems acquisitions, weapons procurement, and combat modeling and simulation. ARA is a 100% employee-owned company that offers excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement and more, As a member of our diverse multidisciplinary team, the JWS Engineer position holds the responsibility to provide engineering support including data validation, development, version control, deployment, and maintenance of weapon and target data for current and future JWS implementation. You will be responsible for planning and conducting independent research and evaluating the integration of lethality models.
