**Overview** **Job Summary:** Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs. **Responsibilities** **Job Responsibilities:** + Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups. + Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls. + Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program. + Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: + Use and care of the Products + Fitting problems and how to solve them + Patient Rights and Responsibilities + Company’s services and availability + Patient Instruction and Follow-up + All Patient oriented paperwork + Community Resources + Assist with education events for patients/clients and community. + Performs other duties as needed **Qualifications** **Education:** + Minimum: High School Diploma or GED **Experience:** + Required: 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting **Special Conditions of Employment** + Drug test + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring + Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position Connect With Us!
