Summary:

The Kitchen Porter will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishes, equipment, floors and walls.

Sanitation license preferred

 

 

Responsibilities:

Abide by all Riverside policies and procedures for professional standards of behavior.Assist with prep work in the kitchen during slow times.Clean entire dishwasher on a daily basis. Polish all stainless steel.Follow assigned cleaning schedule.General sanitation rules upheld/Knowledge of sanitation rulesPut away all clean dishes and utensils in proper storage order and in compliance with code.Sweep floor and mop on a daily basis.Take out the garbage. Clean out garbage cans daily.Washes and sanitizes dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots/pans.
