Knowledge Centered Support Program Manager

You'll get to:

Be the guide in how we deploy Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) principles to improve operational efficiency, self-service success, and organizational learning and improvement

Lead the development and implementation of knowledge centered services, including program strategy, goals, roles, processes, and systems that deliver measurable results

Enable continuous integration of knowledge management practices into business operations, utilizing KCS principles to ensure content quality is outstanding and time to publication goals are met

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the efficiency of knowledge management initiatives – along with content health indicators

Facilitate knowledge creation through workshops, interviews, and collaboration platforms

Manage tools, metrics and reporting needed for global program oversight and governance

Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the needs of our customers and employees and drive continuous improvement to business outcomes.

Work globally with our thought partners to champion a culture of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and trust

What you'll need:

KCS certification preferred

2-4 years proven experience with applying and implementing KCS principles and practices within a support organization

Demonstrated ability to influence and implement KCS standard processes, while providing thought leadership to the support organization

Highly effective in analyzing metrics and KPIs to draw strategic, actionable recommendations

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes skill in collaborating with subject matter experts and managers to help deliver business results

A demonstrated ability to adapt to innovative technologies and learn quickly, familiarity with emerging technology trends.

Excellent team player, able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$78,500.00 - $99,500.00
