Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced 1st Class Inside Machinists for projects located in and around the the Newport News, VA area. We are hiring for all shifts with a pay range of up to $45/hour based on experience plus $120/Day Per Diem to travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  Job Scope:        

Operate Manual and/or NC Machines Such as: Lathes, Mills, Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers, EDMs, Etc.Drilling/Tapping ProcessesHorizontal Boring Mills Vertical Turning Centers Requirements Minimum of 10 Years Experience as an Inside Shop MachinistAble to Pass a Drug Screen & Background CheckFamiliar with Numerical Controlled Processes Manual Data Input Tooling Offsets Conversation ControllersMust be Open to Working all ShiftsMust hold US Citizenship to Meet Necessary Badging RequirementsExperience with Controllers Such as: Fanuc Siemens Acramatic Cincinnati-Milacron Familiar with the use of Precision Measuring Instruments: Outside/Inside Micrometers Depth Mics VerniersFamiliar with Carbide Machining ProcessesAbility to Comprehend Complex Mechanical Drawings and Blueprints Company Details
