Supports the operational needs and goals of the department. Incumbents in this position are expected to role model a professional, service-minded behavior. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Valid Indiana Driver's License required. + Four-year Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and/or Public Safety preferred. + Prior law enforcement experience preferred. + Ability to perform basic computer functions. + Ability to work effectively within a team environment. + Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. + Ability to effectively manage conflicts. + Ability to effectively manage negotiations. + Ability to effectively use interpersonal skills. + Ability to empathize/relate with others. **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
