Construction Diesel Tech

$35-$55 Hourly

Monday - Friday - With option of overtime

 

One of our local Siouxland Area clients is looking to add 2 dedicated Construction Diesel Techs to their growing team. Our client is looking to fill one of the two positions as a Leadership role to lead this division! In either role the Diesel Tech will be responsible for repairs, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment, working both in the field and in the shop. Responsibilities:

Repairs on heavy equipment, semis, and side dumps Rebuild equipment components and engines as needed Complete preventive maintenance Troubleshooting Use of CAT SIS and TECH TOOL Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2+  years of diesel equipment repair experience preferred Strong Communications Skills Experience working on Semis a plus CDL or willing to obtain (Company will help obtain) Heavy equipment repair experience Basic computer skills

Benefits and Pay:

$35-$55 Hourly DOE Weekly Pay PTO Health and Dental 401k Company Vehicle  Annual Bonus $5,000 sign on bonus
