About the role

A Welcome driver is the first person a traveler meets the moment she/he sets her/his feet on the ground at a Welcome destination. Being a traveler’s “Friend on the Ground”, the driver provides high-quality transportation services reflecting what Welcome stands for, its principles, and values.

Our Lead Generation Specialist’s primary responsibility will be acquiring, identifying, qualifying, and nurturing driver leads through various marketing channels and converting them into qualified driver leads. The Lead Generation Specialist role is the first step in the funnel of acquiring more supply of potential drivers and will source new leads from a myriad of platforms and other online and offline sources across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

Marketing Campaigns and Referral Programs: Designs and develops tailored marketing campaigns to attract driver leads in all destinations, including launch phases. Collaborates with City Operations team to design and implement driver referral programs. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation activities to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by analyzing their interest and level of engagement. Receive and implement feedback from operations to improve lead quality. Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to keep prospects engaged and move them through the funnel. Lead Source Identification: Identify and collect leads from a variety of online and offline sources. Identify websites, platforms, and other media that could become a lead source. Utilize online tools to find, collect, and convert leads. Data analytics & Reporting: Perform data entry activities, and update CRM, spreadsheets, and other databases. Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including lead volume, quality, and conversion rates. Direct Email Marketing: Uses Customer.io to design and track CRM campaigns for active drivers and prospects
