1. Provide inputs in the development of Annual Operating Plan by providing the budget and resource requirements in line with the envisaged business expansion plans

1. Develop the RFPs inviting vendors to partner with the firm for execution of projects
2. Scrutinise the proposal submitted by the vendors shortlist the vendors based on the capabilities, offerings, expertise, rates, reputation, etc. to partner with the firm
3. Periodically evaluate the vendor on the performance against the agreed statement of work for and determine contract renewal / continuation decisions

1. Undertake the technical evaluation of the property as per the guidelines and send for approvals
2. Allocate the project to the team members based on their capability and workload
3. Evaluate the design documents received from the design team and allocate it to the concerned team members
4. Track the execution of the projects to ensure that it is as per the specifications
5. Prepare the proposal for payment aligned to each stage and send for approval and processing
6. Provide required approvals on the completion of the project post evaluation of property for its adherence to the standards and guidelines
7. Review the completion report, ensure that all the documents are in place and handover the project to the business

1. Review the design documentation from the design team and handover to the team members for execution

1. Allocate the request for internal construction to the team members
2. Engage designers for the development of the design layout and standards

5. Review the completion report and ensure that all the project documents are present and handover to the business
6. Propose for the final payments / invoices at the appropriate stages of the project post satisfactory clearance of payment milestones
