We will count on you to:

Produce detailed technical design for enterprise applications using cloud solutions & modern technology stack (e.g. MERN stack)Implement technical solutions using cloud solutions & modern technology stack (e.g. MERN stack)Oversee team of developers, mentor, and coach team members to help them improve their technical skills and reach their full potentialWork closely with enterprise architect, solution architect, developers, engineers, DBAs. Collaborate with MMC tech teams to identify and fix technical problemHave thorough understanding of API and integration design principlesSupport production applications through bug fixing & enhancementsResponsible for following deliverables:

Technical Mentoring

Technical Support

Technical Documentation

What you need to have: 

5 – 7 years of experience as a technical leadExperience working on enterprise cloud projects using modern technology stack like MERN stackCollege degree or equivalent experience

What makes you stand out?

Preferred skills: Experience with React or any JavaScript framework, Node, MongoDB or NoSQL databaseExperience in designing & implementing microservices architectureExperience in designing, implementing & onboarding APIs using API managementExperience in data & application integration using Azure Integration Services or modern middleware solutionsExperience in DevOps – CI/CDExperience with Docker, Kubernetes & Azure

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.


The applicable base salary range for this role is $101,700 to $203,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
