Find out more at www.TransdevNA.com or watch an overview video at https://youtu.be/ilO5cv0G4mQ    Lead Technician      Transdev is proud to offer:       $40.00-55.00/hour depending on experienceMedical, dental & vision health benefits - Blue Cross Blue Shield* 401(K) retirement plans Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities Annual boot & tool reimbursement ASE testing reimbursement ASE training materials    Responsibilities:   Manage transit vehicle maintenance in compliance with company standards and policies Manage the shift technicians, assign work and parts distribution, Document all aspects of work orders to the assigned transit vehicles and related mechanical equipment. Ensure accurate upgrades and/or modifications to coach systems, road calls, and on-the-road repairs, as needed. Coach and monitor members of the work team. Other duties as required. Requirements:   A high school diploma, GED or equivalent Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a shop and team Commercial Driving License (CDL) with passenger and airbrake endorsements Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics. Knowledge of Cummins In-Site program and functions In-depth computer knowledge and the ability to scan and diagnose trouble codes Excellent communication skills  Ability to work with operations for successful vehicle pull outs, interpret safety documents, blueprints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams. DOT physical examination and drug test.    Preferred:    ASE Certification.
