Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing daily DC department operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing and leading a team of distribution center associates in conjunction with the departmental supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Will work directly with departmental supervisor Will provide work assignments and instructions to members of team Must be able to lead team members to complete assigned tasks Must be able to delegate work to team members Must be able to perform forklift operator's job as needed Must be able to perform material handler's job as needed Need intermediate knowledge of Catalyst WMS and RF unit Required to perform all phases of job duties as established by management May perform other duties as directed by supervision Required to follow and uphold all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures Required to work regularly scheduled hours plus overtime as needed
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent required Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Good communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness and ability to learn and accept new responsibilities Willingness to work all scheduled workdays Must be able to work in a hot or cold environment Must be able to pass a forklift operator's test Ability to analyze and solve problems Need basic knowledge of PKMS and LM
