This nursing position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus! 

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $29.82 - 31.81 / hour.

Shift differentials of $1.00 evenings and $1.50 nights

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care and Skilled Nursing Facility regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our Transitional and Long Term care Center in Lake City, MN  

 

Nursing schedule includes;

32 Hours every two weeksDay/evening shift; 12  hour shiftEvery third weekend and holiday rotationPartial Benefit Eligible; https://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits (paid personal time, education scholarships, retirement monies)

Lake City Care Center in SouthEast Minnesota is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer.  At any given time, as many as 90 people call the care center their home. The care center is connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital in Lake City, MN so residents don't have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

Required:

MN LPN licensureAHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional RescuersBLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice0-1 years of experienceAbility to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines

Preferred:
