About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Operations team as the Driver Lifecycle Marketing Manager. In this key role, you'll not only drive growth but also have the unique opportunity to take ownership of the entire driver lifecycle across all our destinations, from inception to maturity. If you're a senior marketing professional with a wealth of experience in lifecycle marketing and a hunger for ownership and growth, this role is tailor-made for you.

Responsibilities

Driver Growth Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive driver growth strategy across both offline and online channels. Innovate and implement data-driven ideas to acquire and retain drivers, ensuring a steady influx of leads. Manage and optimize the driver acquisition budget for maximum impact.

CRM Automation:

Segment the driver base to create targeted and effective CRM campaigns for leads and active drivers Build a recency-frequency model and calculate drivers' LTV based on the segment Create a Driver CRM strategy aiming to increase drivers' LTV Design and execute first-driver CRM automation, ensuring engagement and retention for both leads and active drivers.

Marketing Campaigns and Referral Programs:

Devise and execute tailored marketing campaigns to attract driver leads in all destinations, including launch phases. Collaborate with Destination Leads and the Driver Quality team to design and implement driver referral programs.

Innovation in Marketing Tools and Solutions:

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing tools. Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance our marketing toolkit for more effective driver acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Customer B2C Marketing team) to pilot and implement new marketing solutions.
