REQUIREMENTS: + Must have or be willing to complete LIFEGUARD/FIRST AID/CPR/AED CERTIFICATION + Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time + Swimming endurance and stamina + Adequate hand-eye coordination + Ability to tread water without using arms for 1 minute + Ability to carry, lift and swim with objects up to 50 pounds or heavier RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: + Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool and pool deck + Insuring the safety of our residents and guests at the pool + Enforce all company policies of our three pools and pool areas + Complete daily and hour logs of chemical readings of the pools + Inspect the facility and area to ensure that any unsafe conditions are reported Powered by JazzHR
