Purpose: Operate and maintain assigned lines in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity, and provide support to the line leader.

 

Shift: Day and night shifts are available. Day Shift Hours: 6:30 a.m.–7 p.m.; 4 days on, 4 days off. Night Shift Hours: 6:30 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; 4 days on, 4 days off. Overtime is required as needed.

   Responsibilities Performs all tasks in a safe manner, wearing the required PPE and following all safety regulations.BBS ParticipationCreate and maintain a team effort attitude and team approachMeet productivity standardsTroubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machineMake adjustments to machinery as neededCoordinate with lab personnel, Team Leader, and Sr. Team Leader for issues and improvementsPerform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for the clean and safe work environmentObtain and maintain Operator CertificationTrain others as needed

 

Qualifications

 

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.1+ years of related experienceAbility to read a tape measureRecent manufacturing experiencePositive team-oriented attitudes and communication skills are required.Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining high attention to details.
