Responsibilities: + Ability to make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run + Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOP’s, safety requirements + Inspection of product going into and out of process + Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system (including 6S, Kaizan, waste, safety, SMED, Kanban, and mistake-proofing) Other: + Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules + Must be able to work extended hours when required + All other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Experience: + Possess good communication skills + Must be able to use measurement devices + Must be able to read and write + Must possess good math skills + Must pass pre-employment drug screen & background and reference checks Competencies: + Customer Focus + Drive for Results + Creative Program Solving + Interpersonal Relationships If you are interested in being part of a world class Production team here at Alkegen then we would love to hear from you.
