Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the WLS Flow Products Team, you will lead complex client requests, train staff, and drive project initiatives, ensuring seamless loan servicing operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Process line of credit and loan transactions using ACBS and Loan IQ systems.Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with internal partners and resources.Train new and existing staff, creating training materials for process and system updates.Edit procedures with feedback from Global Loan Servicing Managers.Recommend process improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancements.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple loan servicing functions.Create and execute UAT testing scripts across various platforms.Handle medium to complex research and escalation requests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Existing Grade 450 - Loan Servicing Specialist IV within any WLS Flow team.High productivity and quality performance, ranking in the top 30% of the current team.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to maintain high performance levels in stressful situations.
