Local Route Driver Assistant (CSA) - $18.50/hour

A Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for loading equipment onto trucks, guiding the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft, and moving equipment from the truck to the aircraft galley. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists Customer Service Representative (CSR) in catering aircraftGuides Customer Service Representative (CSR) to aircraft safely and accuratelyQuality checks on all assigned flightsAdds or subtract meals for assigned flightsAll activities must be accomplished according to customer guidelines and while adhering to safety regulationsFollows directionsWorks as a member of a teamMay be required to complete pre-trip truck inspection as directedAdditional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Work Experience:

Up to one-year experience preferred

Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

Current U.S. driver's license

Language / Communication Skills:

Must be able to read and write to complete required formsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

Requirements of the Job:

Work assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidaysWorks overtime when requiredArrives to work on-timeMust comply with Company PoliciesCompletes paperwork and related administrative dutiesMust be 18 years of age

Work Environment

Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noiseMajority of duties performed outside in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during shiftRegularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hoursMust be able to work at heights up to 25 feet or more depending upon aircraft
