We are Hiring Janitorial workers for Vacation Relief

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services to guarantee a spotless facility.  Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. Our vacation season is from April to October.  You will be hired to work for 5 months.  

Responsibilities include:

Must be available to work any shift as assigned.General knowledge of commercial building maintenance is preferred.Must be able to take direction from supervisors and ensure all work is completed in the time frames given.Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanorResponsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Must have experience in the janitorial/custodial/maintenance/housekeeping field.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and communication ability.Ability to work evenings, approximately 5 pm until 12:30 am, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.Ability to lift to 50 lbs., to bend, reach, lift and carry.Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.

Benefits

 

Payrate: $17.98 per hour.This is a 32BJ union position.  Monthly dues are required.This is a Seasonal Position.
