This bonus will be paid out to you after you have successfully completed 180 days of continuous employment and the following requirements:

1. Must work 3- 12 hour shifts a week. (If a shift is canceled you will not be penalized)

2. Cannot call off.

3. Must be on time and cannot ask to leave early.

4. Cannot refuse any client you are assigned to.
