Preparation of bulk mailings, distribution of mail, posting of flyers around the campus, copying, and answering phones. Utilizing a computer to; create various documents, complete correspondence, create and update departmental forms, and any other related projects. Perform general minor custodial functions as requested. Other duties as assigned related to office projects. Required Qualification(s) Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the fall or three (3) credit hours for the summer. Must have or maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA Attach an availability schedule with application. Desired Qualification(s) Office and Customer Service Experience.
