Preparation of bulk mailings, distribution of mail, posting of flyers around the campus, copying, and answering phones. Utilizing a computer to; create various documents, complete correspondence, create and update departmental forms, and any other related projects. Perform general minor custodial functions as requested. Other duties as assigned related to office projects. Required Qualification(s) Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the fall or three (3) credit hours for the summer. Must have or maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA Attach an availability schedule with application. Desired Qualification(s) Office and Customer Service Experience. Posting Date Special Instructions Summary Pay Rate $14.00 Location Lakeshore Total Hours per week min. 15hr to max. of 20hrs Work Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-1pm; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 2:00pm; Monday, Wednesday, Friday work days.
