Key Responsibilities:
Set up, thread material, and operate assigned machinery independently.Follow daily work orders, noting specific material requirements.Assist with operating other machines as needed under supervision.Package finished products, including banding and palletizing metal coils or sheets with proper labeling.Perform quality checks on lengths, widths, and weights using appropriate tools.Mount and adjust slitter knives, spacers, and guide discs for various coil widths (roll-forming only).Monitor and adjust machinery for optimal performance and product quality.Comply with all safety regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures and daily equipment inspections.Maintain a clean and organized work area while achieving production goals.Work Experience
Qualifications:
High School Diplomat or GED.Must be flexible with hours to meet production demandsExperience operating manufacturing machinery is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.Ability to lift and maneuver metal materials as needed.Benefits
