Machine Operator - 3rd shift (Bleachery)

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11:30pm - 7:30am

What Production Set-up and Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Manufacturing is responsible for cost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.

Production Setup and Maintenance sets up, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment. Assists and may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assigned area as well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

Operates complex in-house machines.Conducts quality checks on the produced product to ensure there are no visible defects.Documents applicable information regarding product quality and machine performance.Maintains complex machines and starts general trouble shooting if needed.Sets up and calibrates machines as necessary.Willing to work overtime, as needed.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience, preferredHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred
