Operating cold header threader machines to produce high-quality fasteners Setting up machines according to blueprints and specifications Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards Performing routine maintenance on machines Identifying and troubleshooting problems in the production process Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work area Meeting production quotas and deadlinesWhat do you bring? High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience as a machine operator for nuts, bolts, screws, or fasteners Knowledge of different types of materials and their properties Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools
