**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic: Rogers, MN : $50000 to $60000 annually** **Job Description** We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with excellent attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have a background in repairing manufacturing machinery. Overtime hours are always available. **Responsibilities** + Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance tasks and answering trouble calls. + Troubleshoot problems with the use of schematics and wiring diagrams on motor and heater circuits ranging from low voltage to 480v three phase. + Remove and replace defective parts from equipment with the use of hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools. + Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor to prioritize repairs. + Make entries to the maintenance log explaining problems encountered, repairs made and parts used or needed. + Keep company tools put away and in working order. + Fabricate repair parts, machine guarding, mezzanines, etc. using shop equipment such as welders, plasma cutter, torch, and grinder. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of maintenance experience on equipment. + Experience focused on electrical maintenance or willingness to take electrical classes. + Proficient in maintenance management, repair, supervision, and troubleshooting. + Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, schematics, and mechanical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in maintenance supervision. + Ability to work with electrical systems. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health Care, Dental, and Vision insurance, vacation pay, and a 401k plan.
