SUMMARY

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Three years’ experience base support maintenanceExperience conducting regularly scheduled and random inspections of employees and work performedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Written and Oral communication with customer, subcontractors, and internally to provide project updatesActive Secret ClearanceValid Driver’s LicenseOther duties as assigned

Job is performed in an office setting / maintenance room with exposure to computer screens and HVAC / electrical equipment and requires use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising of subcontractors could be a requirement of this position.ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
