At Silver Oak, we will be providing services to youth with variety of mental health conditions in a therapeutic residential setting. 

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities:

The Ancillary Service Supervisor/Manager position works as a staff member of the Ancillary team. Primarily responsible for providing quality customer and employee services regarding laundry, janitorial and maintenance. Oversees, supervises and/or performs all necessary facility maintenance including but not limited to: building maintenance, new construction and remodel work; electrical and plumbing installation and repairs; HVAC installation and repairs; flooring, roofing, grounds maintenance, irrigation and any other general and/or minor requests.

Requirements:

Have a high School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 year of related experience. Licensed Technician in a related field: plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other.  Supervisory experience required.  Possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years. Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical and TB test. Have previous HVAC experience.
